Villiers’ AA Rosette Restaurant was first featured in the Michelin Guide in 1911 and has remained recommended in the guide ever since. The restaurant enjoys a fresh relaxed ambience, air conditioning, and has an attractive outlook onto the cobbled courtyard of the hotel. Food is of the highest standard, featuring much locally sourced produce, and prepared in an innovative and attractive fashion. The Villiers’ brigade of chefs take pride in not only delighting restaurant customers but also preparing and serving sumptuous dining for celebrations in the splendid Villiers Ballroom.

Lunch Menu has two course fixed price Market Menu and the Sunday Lunch menu includes a Traditional Sunday Roast.
Evening Menu choice is from our very popular A La Carte Menu as well as from the Fixed Price Market Menu.
Fresh Fish and Vegetarian menu options are always available.
