Villiers Hotel is a spectacular 18th Century 49-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham. Villiers has undergone a major refurbishment to all front of house areas and The Old Town Hall which provides all the meeting, serviced offices and function space.

Food & Beverage Supervisor | Full Time | Live In Available

£25,800 per annum for 40 hpw. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be part of a Team of Food & Beverage service professionals to ensure guest expectations are exceeded, as a result of a seamless service delivery. You will be required to be flexible around all Food & Beverage areas including restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining and lounge and afternoon tea offering. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will also be required to support on weddings and special events. Whilst experience within a high end restaurant/bar/venue is desirable, a passion for excellence, a can do attitude and a willingness to to learn is essential.

Breakfast Assistant | 0-Hour

As Breakfast Assistant, you will be part of a Team of Food & Beverage service professionals to ensure guest expectations are exceeded, as a result of a seamless service delivery. Chef de partie | Full Time

Up to £26,769 per annum + live-in accommodation (subject to availabilty)
We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie to join the Team. As Chef de Partie you will join a team of talented chefs preparing food for guests for our rosette restaurant, afternoon tea lounge, conference lunches, weddings and special events. You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate with an eagerness to learn and develop your skills. A love of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential. Receptionist | Full Time

Hours are 40 over 5 days to include weekends. Paying up to £23,795 pa. We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Receptionist to join our Team. As Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for offering a welcoming and seamless check in/check-out experience, manage incoming calls for bookings or general enquiries and promote the hotel’s facilities and services in a positive way optimising every opportunity. As Hotel Receptionist, you will have a natural, warm, engaging personality, excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm in all situations. Experience in the use of OPERA would be a distinct advantage.

Food and Beverage Assistants x2 | Full Time (Live In Available) | Part-Time
